Community Conscious Policing©
Create change in communities from the inside out. Community Conscious Policing (CCP)© is a groundbreaking 10-week course designed as a public-health-based response to address and prevent unnecessary law enforcement violence. Explore a culturally grounded and trauma-aware approach to public engagement. Learn how to implement preventative frameworks. Developed with input from sworn officers, community organizers, educators, and public health leaders.

Rooted in lived experience, ancestral wisdom, and transformative practice, this course offers a powerful reimagining of how we teach, learn, and lead. Guided by T4T’s unique Transformational Framework©, Integrated Cohort Learning Model©, and Roadmap to Organizational Success©, this course empowers educators, administrators, and community leaders to embrace whole-brain, heart-centered approaches to decision-making and education. Participants will explore tools to integrate communal knowledge into curriculum, policy, and institutional culture, creating low-anxiety learning environments for optimal growth and evolution.

Black Founders of the USA©
It’s time to tell the whole story. The mainstream narrative of American history often begins and ends with slavery when it comes to Black people. This powerful 10-week virtual course expands this limited view—uplifting the stories of Black men, women, and families who were not only survivors of systemic oppression, but co-architects of the very foundation of this nation. This course goes beyond historical recovery. It invites participants into a journey of ancestral reclamation.
